Special Learning's Return Policy
Cancellations & Refunds:
Since Special Learning offers non-tangible products, we do not issue refunds on
our downloadables (eBooks, Literature Summaries, Social Stories, Flashcards,
Educator Series and other downloadables) once the order is processed and the
product download link is sent/product has been added to the customer's profile.
In the case of mailing issues with your email provider, we recommend contacting
us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from
purchase date. Reporting product non-delivery beyond the 7 days allotment will
not be honored.
Cancellations and refund requests on training products are as follows:
- Single webcasts and Training Libraries - cancellations and refunds are honored within 7 days of purchase, given that the product access code has not been activated yet. Cancellations and refunds will not be honored beyond the 7 days allotment, whether the access code has been activated or not.
- Online Courses - cancellations and refunds are honored within 7 days of purchase, given that the the course has not yet passed training module #2.

Recurring charges - annual, quarterly and monthly subscription fees are
non-refundable. Clients who wish to terminate their subscriptions may do so by
doing the following:
- Log-in to your Special Learning account.
- Click on Profile on the upper right hand corner.
- Click on Recurring Payments on the left side menu.
- Click on Paypal or Authorize tab. This depends on which payment method was used.
- Click on the Recurring Products tab.
- Click on the red x mark under Cancel. This should cancel your current subscription.
Completion of the refund form is required for all approved cancellations and refunds. Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment used when placing your order.
Special Learning offers store credits on a case to case basis.
