Special Learning Inc., the leading global provider of mobile technology applications and educational resources for the special needs community, Special Learning, Inc. introduces the latest addition to their innovative line of educational products for the special needs community. The Teaching Early Language Flash Card Teaching Kits™, part of a series of solutions-based products, are designed to teach individuals with Autism and other early language developmental disabilities foundational language skills in key subject areas including: Letters, Numbers, Shapes, Colors, Numbers and Animals.

“Special Learning is committed to providing solutions-based learning systems that deliver outstanding educational outcomes for individuals with special needs,” said Karen Chung, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Special Learning. “Our one-of-a-kind flash card teaching kits help to develop core language and vocabulary that children need as a basis for strong communication skills.”

The Teaching Early Language Flash Card Kits™ apply the clinically proven principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to teach vocabulary and important skills such as labeling, expressive language and generalization. Each set contains three different pictures or exemplars of each object and an identical set of images that can be used to teach basic level skills such as identical matching. A key differentiating feature of these cards is the rear-facing instructions on the back of each card designed to guide in-the-moment teaching and ensure accurate implementation of lessons using ABA strategies. In addition, the kit contains a 32-page instructional guide that defines specific ABA-based lessons to teach skills such as matching, sorting, receptive identification, expressive labeling and more.
With the release of this new product, Special Learning, Inc. continues its mission to make a positive impact in the lives of those individuals affected by ASD, Down syndrome, and other developmental disabilities around the globe.
